Theodore Herbert joined Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. as vice president of Human Resources in 1985. Prior to that he served with Inland Steel Company for 24 years, most recently as vice president of Administration for the company’s housing and real-estate development subsidiary.
Herbert received a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Yale University. |
