Ted Bartholdi has been recognized for many years as one of the leading executive search professionals in the nation. He has personally conducted well in excess of 200 engagements, while serving as managing partner for many others.
Ted spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of management roles, having begun his career as a Sales Representative for that firm in Minneapolis. Subsequently, he served as a Staff Marketing Manager in Chicago, Branch Manager in New York, and for the last few years as an executive in the IBM World Trade Corporation. His last position with IBM was responsible for planning, competitive analysis, and several headquarters’ Marketing and Financial Departments.
After leaving IBM, Ted became Vice President and General Manager of the Leasing and Peripheral Division of DPF, Inc., a large computer leasing company. He subsequently became Vice President of Photon, Inc., a Massachusetts company which manufactures equipment for the graphic arts industry. In addition to corporate marketing, planning, and acquisition responsibilities, he served as President of International Photon, Inc., the company’s overseas subsidiary. He has served as Board Member for several public and private companies. |
