Theda J. Collins (Shareholder) Professional Experience Ms. Collins' practice consists of residential and commercial transactions in conjunction with title problems, environmental permitting, leasing, purchase, sale and mortgaging of properties, including contract negotiations and drafting, as well as drafting of condominium documents. In addition, Ms. Collins represents clients with respect to wills, trusts, probate, and guardianship matters. Ms. Collins has been an Adjunct Lecturer with the University of Miami School of Continuing Education, Paralegal Institute where she lectures on Real Property Law - Theory and Practice. In addition, she serves as a lecturer of Real Property Law for the Dade Association of Legal Assistants in its program dealing with preparation for the Legal Assistant national examination. Activities & Memberships Ms. Collins is a member of The Florida Bar, The American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, The Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections of both The Florida Bar and The American Bar Association, and the Environmental and Land Use Section of The Florida Bar. She is a registered agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corp., and Attorney's Title Insurance Fund. Ms. Collins was an Adjunct Lecturer with the University of Miami School of Continuing Education, Paralegal Institute, for approximately five (5) years where she lectured on Real Property Law - Theory and Practice.
