Dr. Sielecki joined Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc. in April 2003 as Director of Medicinal Chemistry. In January of 2007 she assumed responsibility for research. Dr. Sielecki has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held research positions at DuPont Merck Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. She has worked on projects at all stages of research and development from early assay development through Phase II and Phase III support. She has actively participated in projects in neuroscience, cardiovascular, oncology, and inflammation. Dr. Sielecki received her Ph.D. from Colorado State University working in the field of asymmetric synthesis under the guidance of Prof. A.I. Meyers. She completed post-doctoral work at Stanford University working with Dr. Paul Wender. Dr. Sielecki has over 50 patents and publications in leading peer reviewed journals. |
