Thaddeus Wojcik has a broad-based corporate and securities law background, including mergers & acquisitions, private and public debt and equity offerings, and securities compliance issues. Mr. Wojcik advises large and small private and public companies with respect to a variety of legal issues affecting the day-to-day operation of their businesses, including organizational governance, stockholder relations, outsourcing, supply agreements and intellectual property licensing. In addition, Mr. Wojcik has extensive technology law experience, including representing clients in connection with software and website development, purchase, maintenance, hosting and support services agreements; service-level and helpdesk/call center service agreements; disaster recovery plans; privacy policies; licensing; and network system implementation . Mr. Wojcik has worked with various not-for-profit organizations, advising them on matters from formation to regulatory compliance, and has represented entertainment clients in connection with publishing contracts, author-agent agreements and film production and distribution . Mr. Wojcik is an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, having served on active duty four years as an itelligence analyst and Russian translator. Mr. Wojcik graduated from Temple University (summa cum laude) with a BBA in International Business and Notre Dame Law School. Mr. Wojcik is admitted to practice in California and New York. |
