Tessa Frederick is a senior associate in the firm's Baltimore office. Ms. Frederick's practice covers a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, litigation of claims arising from banking and lending transactions, with an emphasis on litigation involving Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Truth in Lending Act, and the defense of financial institutions, including Bank of America, N.A., for claims involving consumer financial services. Ms. Frederick's practice also includes insurance defense litigation, lead paint defense and class actions, as well as the defense of a wide variety of breach of contract and tort claims for various local and out-of-state corporate clients. She is also experienced in the collection and enforcement of significant outstanding commercial debts. Her practice involves extensive trial work at the state and federal level, as well as in the Appellate Courts.
