Terry Vais, Vice President Customer Care Terry Vais is vice president of Customer Care for Atlantic Southeast Airlines and has oversight of Customer Relations, Partner Relations, Market Development and Airport Customer Service Training & Standards. In this position, Terry is responsible for the safe and compliant operation of all ASA stations and contracted stations outside ASA’s Atlanta hub. Terry began his airline career in 1990 as a ramp agent at SkyWest Airlines and has held roles of increasing responsibility including several management positions. Before joining ASA in 2008, Terry served as SkyWest’s hub director at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) where he successfully coordinated SkyWest’s LAX operation the largest at the time in terms of volumen of any other carrier. |
