Terry Sullivan joined CIPCO and its affiliate companies in 2001. Prior to this time he spent 11 years with KPMG as a Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance Services at KPMG. Mr. Sullivan worked with early stage companies to large publicly held companies in a variety of industries while at KPMG.
Mr. Sullivan’s responsibilities include oversight and responsibility for the accounting and finance areas of CIPCO. Additionally Mr. Sullivan serves as Vice President and Manager of Iowa Capital Corporation (ICC), an evergreen venture fund which invests in early to mid stage companies which encompasses a wide range of industries and as Vice President of Capital Management Associates, Inc (CMA).
Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors of Viable Technologies, The Entrepreneurial Development Center, Myriad Developers, L.C., and The University of Northern Iowa Accounting Advisory Council, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating with High Honors in 1990. Mr. Sullivan passed his Uniform Certified Public Accountancy Exam in May 1990. |
