Terry E Say founded Say Consulting, LLC. in 2005, specializing in Innovation Management, Polymer Technology and Product Development and Marketing. Say Consulting LLC partners with Value Innovations, Inc. (Vi) and will orchestrate Vi’s Mastering Value Innovation Workshops at Kennesaw State University’s Coles School of Business in 2008. Prior to forming Say Consulting, Terry held senior executive positions in R&D, Technology, Manufacturing and General Management in several large multi-national chemical companies, working on three continents. His last position prior to founding Say Consulting, was VP Technology for Octel Performance Chemicals, Inc. In addition to expertise in several areas of chemical technology, Terry has extensive experience in strategic planning, new market/business analysis, project management,project value analysis, technology portfolio development and alignment of technology portfolios with business strategy. He is co-author of Is Your Firm's Tech Portfolio Aligned With Its Business Strategy? published in Research and Technology Management in 2004. Terry has a B. Sc. (First Class Honors) in chemistry from Sussex University in the UK and an M. Sc. (Polymer Science) from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and is the 2008 Chair of the Georgia Section of the American Chemical Society. Terry is married to Sanna and has three children and five grandchildren. |
