Terry Prether joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle as chief information officer in September 2006, and he is responsible for all aspects of the bank’s information technology functions.
Mr. Prether’s background includes senior executive positions in the insurance, banking, storage, and software industries. Before joining the Seattle Bank, Mr. Prether served as chief information officer at Shurgard Storage for two and a half years. Previously, Mr. Prether was vice president, Information Technology and Corporate Services for Attachmate, a senior vice president at Pacific First Bank, and director of systems programming for Lincoln National Corporation.
Mr. Prether graduated from Ball Statue University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, with majors in Mathematics and Computer Science. |
