Terry McKenzie is vice president of application service delivery for CareGain, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. He is responsible for the development, growth and management of strategic alliances designed to provide our clients with innovative Best of Class integrated services from CareGain and other Fiserv solutions providers. Terry has a successful background in developing and managing service delivery environments that allow clients with a regional or a national focus to be competitive, cost effective and responsive to customer or competitor demands in a rapidly evolving, technologically driven market. Prior to joining CareGain, Terry served as vice president and general manager for application service platforms (ASPs) in multi-client environments. He has 30 years of professional experience managing the development of several ASPs from inception to profitable business units. Terry most recently managed an ASP that grew from 20 financial institutions to 1,400 financial institutions, archiving 170 million transactions with 90 million queries per month that generated 3 million transaction displays per month. |
