Terry Lin is the Chief Executive Officer of Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI). He is responsible for the oversight of various PSI business segments and for the development of strategic plans to sustain the company's rapid growth pattern.
His present responsibilities include the management of PSI's work in Healthcare IT Solutions. With the award of the D/SIDDOMS III contract, Mr. Lin is leading a major business development effort in the military healthcare arena in addition to his continued success in broadening efforts within PSI's current customer base.
Mr. Lin has over twenty-three years of management and technical experience in developing application systems that assist our government and commercial clients in accomplishing their missions and objectives more effectively. Prior to founding PSI, Mr. Lin worked as a software engineer for several IT consulting firms.
His technical expertise in various IT consulting projects earned him fast advancements and progressively increasing responsibilities.
Building on this strong technical background, Mr. Lin has always been able to contribute heavily in supplying state-of-the-art software solutions to his projects. The ability to devise sound software solutions to solve complex problems has earned him the continued trust of clients.
Mr. Lin received bachelor of science degrees in both computer sciences and accounting from the University of Maryland. He has completed executive management training courses at Clark University of Atlanta and University of Texas El Paso.
