Terry Kassel is a Partner in Glocap and serves as Glocap's Chief Operating Officer, In-House Counsel and is the co-head of Glocap's Human Resources practice. Terry joined Glocap from Merrill Lynch where she was the Global Head of Human Resources, reporting to the CEO and where she was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. The HR function included recruiting, leadership and development, compensation, diversity, HR information systems and employee relations. Prior to HR, Terry was part of the Office of General Counsel at Merrill Lynch responsible for managing General Securities Litigation and the Employment Law Practice. Earlier in her career, Terry was a partner in private law practice in New York and New Jersey. Terry holds a BA in political science from NYU and a JD from Seton Hall University. Terry's current professional affiliations include being a Member of Board of Directors, Girl Scout Council of Greater New York, Inc.; serving on the Advisory Board of Legal Momentum and being a Member of the Women’s Forum. In the past, Terry has been on the Board of Directors of the Community Development Corp. of ML Bank, USA and was a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Winthrop H. Smith Memorial Foundation and of Schreyer Honors College of Pennsylvania State University. |
