Terry Johnson serves as executive vice president for First American CREDCO’s Mortgage Division. In this role, she manages all operations, inside sales and specialty products. Johnson is instrumental in taking the company’s operations from a service-based organization to a sales and service team, and plays an integral role in the diversification and new product strategy within the division.
Prior to joining First American CREDCO, Johnson was executive vice president and chief operations officer for First American Resources. During her during tenure there, she was instrumental in creating a service business in the automotive industry that provided automated credit underwriting and audit procedures for the lending industry. In 1994, Johnson played an active role in a start-up venture with Aegis Resources, where she held the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer. In 1996, two years following the start of Aegis Resources, she participated in taking the company public. She also held positions with Platinum Resources Company, Oxford Resources Corp and St. Vincent’s Hospital.
Johnson joined First American CREDCO in 2000 with over 30 years experience in operations, sales and marketing. She is a graduate of St. John’s University. |
