Terry Horn serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development where he is responsible for tracking changes in the energy industry, evaluating the impacts of these changes upon our company and its strategy, assisting business units in developing strategies and performs other strategy-related analyses.
Terry most recently served as the Vice President of Customer and Market Services at PNM. He joined PNM in 1985, served as Vice President and Treasurer from 1998 to 2005 and as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Acting Chief Financial Officer in 2005. He began his career in finance with Texaco, Inc. after completing his bachelor of business administration degree from New Mexico State University in 1974.
