Terry joined B&C in 2006. Terry leads our Investment Division with focuses on our Strategic Planning, Acquisitions and the pursuit of new Commercial and Residential Business Opportunities. Prior to joining the company, he was a Managing Director of Faison Enterprises, Inc. of Charlotte, NC, where he was responsible for mid-Atlantic commercial and residential services, sourcing and underwriting, and executing commercial and residential projects. He also worked with Trammell Crow Company, American General Land Development, American General Realty Advisors and Commercial Real Estate Associates. Terry earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science from Kansas State University in 1988 and a Master’s Degree in Land Development from Texas A&M in 1989. His professional associations include the National Association of Home Builders, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and service on the Texas A&M University MSLD Professional Advisory Board. |
