Ms. Flynn is the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) & Co-Director of Human Resources for Sensis Corporation. She guides the creation and management of leadership and organizational strategic processes and programs that foster learning and continuous improvement. Ms. Flynn is also responsible for the design and development of organizational structures and systems supporting strategic goals and objectives, and for implementing the resulting initiatives.Frior to joining Sensis Corporation, for fifteen years, Ms. Flynn served as the Principal and Founder of Odyssey Consulting Group where she worked with a variety of clients including Sensis Corporation, Tropicana Products, Harley Davidson, Nestle Foods and Carrier Corporation. Through Odyssey Consulting, Ms. Flynn provided numerous services including organizational design and development, labor relations, human resource systems management and leadership development. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy.Ms. Flynn holds an MS in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and has served as a research fellow for the Center for Women in Government at the State University of New York at Albany. |
