Terry Darrow is Senior Development Officer and Market Leader for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Dallas-Fort Worth region, where he is responsible for all development, land acquisitions, land entitlements, investments and build-to-suits.
Mr. Darrow has more than 30 years experience in the industrial real estate sector, with firms including Henry S. Miller, Foster-Darrow, and Darrow-Hildreth. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner and Principal of the industrial services group of GVA Cawley. Prior to that, he was president of Argent Property Company, a regional industrial development firm.
Mr. Darrow earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. During his career, he has received several industry awards including the Largest Industrial Transaction Award in 1999, Most Creative Transaction in 1999 and the prestigious Stemmons Service Award from the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. |
