BACKGROUND: Terry was born January 15, 1959. He grew up in Vienna, Virginia and attended Princeton University, graduating in 1981. He received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1984. Terry received his J.D. from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in 1987, where he graduated 7th in his class and was Executive Editor of The William & Mary Law Review. Terry is a partner in the real estate department and began with the firm in March, 2001. Terry was previously a partner at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. in Orlando. EXPERIENCE: Terry's practice involves a wide variety of business and real estate transactions. He has handled real estate projects from initial planning stages through acquisition, development, construction financing and permanent financing. Terry has extensive experience in multi-state transactions with an emphasis in projects financed through low income housing tax credits and multi-family revenue bonds.
