Terry Mark Turner, CPA, is a partner in the Financial Management Services Group at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. Mr. Turner's client base consists of both large and small companies in a variety of areas including apparel, travel, telecommunication, entertainment, service, manufacturing, food and restaurant industries. He has worked extensively with start-up companies, providing strategic business counsel as well as helping them arrange for adequate financing. Additionally, Mr. Turner has successfully guided many companies through the initial public offering process as well as helped and managed many companies through the uniform franchise filing circular and prospectus. He has worked with high-end, white tablecloth restaurants, beverage distributors, theme restaurants, employment agencies, toy designers and telecommunication companies. In addition to his practice in these areas, Mr. Turner has developed expertise in the employment agency and recruiting fields. He works with several clients in this industry and is currently developing a workshop series geared to chief financial officers of employment and recruitment firms. He is currently active in the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and has served on several committees, including the Professional Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Turner earned his B.S. degree from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, in 1973. |
