Terry L. Feiser is vice president of Internal Audit and Compliance for Harris Corporation, reporting to the audit committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Feiser is responsible for all internal audit activities and the coordination of compliance programs.
Previously, he served as director of Internal Audit with responsibilities for financial, compliance, and information systems audit functions.
Mr. Feiser joined Harris in 1979 and has held increasingly responsible positions in contracts, government compliance, and internal audit. Previous positions include director, Ethics and Government Compliance, as well as senior manager, Government Compliance Audit at corporate headquarters; and senior manager of Contracts at Government Communications Systems. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Feiser was a financial analyst at Fairchild Industries, Aircraft Service Division.
Mr. Feiser has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and an M.B.A. degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the National Contract Management Association, and the Manufacturers Alliance General Audit Council.
