Terry J. Yandrich is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Health Care Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Estates and Trusts. She has acted as co-trial counsel and participated in mediations for major corporate clients. Ms. Yandrich also has experience in the preparation of Wills and Estates and Professional Licensure Protection. Ms. Yandrich is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Yandrich was a corporate compliance officer for Vincentian Nursing Homes in Pittsburgh and Heritage Valley Health System. Additionally, she was a nursing instructor at Sewickley Valley Hospital School of Nursing and a staff nurse at Ohio Valley Hospital in Steubenville, Ohio. Ms. Yandrich graduated from West Liberty State College in 1986 with a B.S.N. and Duquesne University in 1993 with an M.S.N. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1999. She is also a 1977 graduate of the Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing, Steubenville, Ohio. Ms. Yandrich has lectured on nursing liability and medical malpractice issues. She has published articles about Preventing Infection in Total Joint Replacement Surgery and Creating a Nursing Research Committee in various publications including Orthopaedic Nursing and AORN Journal. In addition, she is a member of the Duquesne University Alumni Association. Ms. Yandrich currently serves as the President of Vincentian Collaborative System Rehab Services Board of Directors. She was named as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2006 and also named in Metropolitan Who’s Who registry in September 2006. |
