Ms. Tiptonšs tenure at IPRO began in 1992 as the Imaging Supervisor in the Production Department. During this time, her department processed and delivered images and blowbacks for numerous litigation cases, numbering in the millions of pages. In 1994 she moved over to the Client Services Department, providing software support for the IPRO software suite. Shortly after she joined Client Services, the training responsibilities for the software were transitioned into this department. Ms. Tipton has provided training to IPROšs clients for ten years. She has successfully trained all of IPROšs top 100 law firms in the country as well as many small to medium size firms. Ms. Tipton has also conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions for both law firms and service providers. Having worked in the legal industry for a number of years, she incorporates the needs and requirements of law firms with the tool sets of the IPRO software in her training. Over the last few years Ms. Tipton has focused on presentations, to the legal community, which showcase IPRO Techšs software tools that enhance the discovery process. |
