Terri Dial is Chief Executive Officer of Citi Consumer Banking North America. In this role, she is responsible for retail banking, consumer finance, consumer lending, and small- to mid-size commercial banking operations from the most recognized brands in financial services -- Citibank, CitiFinancial, CitiFinancial Auto, CitiMortgage, and Women & Co. In addition, as Global Head of Consumer Strategy, she directs retail banking strategy worldwide in collaboration with Citi’s regional CEOs to ensure consistent application of worldwide standards and best practices in marketing, customer service, innovation, decision analytics, and technology across Citi’s Consumer Banking operations. Terri joined Citi in June 2008.
Prior to joining Citi, Terri served as Group Executive Director of UK Retail Banking and as a member of the Board of Directors at Lloyds TSB Group plc. In this role, she led the business to record customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales. Prior to Lloyds TSB, Terri was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo Bank, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Co. During her nearly 30-year tenure, Terri is credited with building Wells Fargo into one of the most successful banks in the United States. She has also served in various non-executive director roles. |
