Terrence Terenzi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the financial operations and M&A aspects of the restaurant industry. Terrence has served in many senior-level roles and has led a wide variety of restaurant clients to increased profitability and improved operating performance. In a previous role, Terrence served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Hops Restaurant Bar & Brewery, a scratch food casual dining concept with an on premise microbrewery. In this capacity, Terrence successfully guided Hops from eight restaurants generating $15MM in revenues to a $200MM company with 68 restaurants in 16 states. Hops was successfully sold to AVADO (formerly Apple South) in March of 1997. In addition to his role with Focus Management Group, Terrence is the Co-owner of Fred Flemings Bar-B-Que Restaurants and Co-Owner of TWT Construction (the latter provides construction development services to retail and restaurant chains). Some of Terrence’s additional prior accomplishments include: Working on the hostile takeover of the Singer Company in Stamford, Connecticut; The initial public offering of Eckerd Drug Stores, which generated $4B in revenues at the time; The initial public offering of Danka Business Systems, as well as numerous merger and acquisitions with Danka; Numerous SEC filings with Checkers Drive Thru Restaurants. Terrence began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. |
