Mr. Kurth has been with the firm since 1987. He concentrates his practice on workers' compensation law. Mr. Kurth received his law degree from Arizona State University College of law in 1980 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1973. He is a certified specialist in workers' compensation law. Mr. Kurth is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. He is a member of the Bench-Bar committee and of the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation section of the State Bar of Arizona.
