Terry O’Hare’s practice has spanned 32 years and focuses on litigation involving class action cases, aviation and insurance matters. He serves as National Defense Counsel to a large national insurance company. He also serves as counsel to the Omaha Airport Authority.
His practice has taken him to courtrooms in more than half of the states of the United States and internationally also.
He was selected for induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1993.
Terry has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1988 when his prior firm merged with McGrath North and he currently serves on the firm’s board of directors.
