Teresa is one of the original founders of TEAM, and has served in various roles including Director of Shared Services, Operations, and Finance. Teresa most recently served as the Treasurer and Secretary on TEAM Information Services Board of Directors, while also serving as the CFO of the organization.

Teresa is the majority principal of the organization, and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in the summer of 2008. In addition to her leadership role at TEAM, Teresa also demonstrates her servanthood leadership in the community by serving as her church treasurer in a volunteer role for the past ten years. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude, and holds her BA in Accounting.
