Teresa is a graduate of University of North Texas where she obtained a B.A. in Sociology.
Prior to starting her career in Commercial Real Estate, Teresa worked for Verizon Wireless, formally Airtouch Paging, as a Credit and Collections Account Manager.
She began her career with The John Bowles Company in 2006 in an entry level position. Teresa quickly advanced to Leasing Administrator where she assisted over 15 agents with the leasing process.
She continued to advance her career path, by joining the Property Management Team in 2007. As a Property Manager, Teresa assists the management personnel with daily operations, as well as quarterly and annual projects. She is responsible for all the property manager duties for Prestonwood Creek (two office buildings in North Dallas), 17070 N. Dallas Parkway, One Forest Centre and Forestwood.
Teresa continues to strengthen her property management knowledge and background. She has started the process on obtaining her RPA designation with BOMA. |
