Teresa Covington, chief financial officer and vice president, finance, Line 6, is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting and information systems. Prior to joining Line 6, Inc. in 2000, Ms. Covington was the vice president of finance and the top financial executive for Equity Marketing, a public company in the toy and custom product industry. She has also held various senior level manufacturing and finance positions at Harman International Industries and Mattel toys. She started her career as an electrical engineer designing special purpose computer chips for TRW.Ms. Covington holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University, Master of Electrical Engineering degree from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. |
