Teresa M. Nilsen has served as Director, Executive Vice President, CFO and Secretary of Hennessy Advisors, Inc. since 1989, as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of The Hennessy Funds, Inc. since 1996 and as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Hennessy Mutual Funds, Inc. since 2000. Ms. Nilsen has worked in the securities industry for over 16 years. Ms. Nilsen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Davis, in 1987. |
