Ms. Kelly, an associate in Semmes, Bowen and Semmes' international/business litigation department, has over 15 years of experience in litigation, including all aspects of motions, discovery, trial and post-judgment practice in Federal, U.S. Bankruptcy and Maryland State Courts, with some appellate and business practice. Ms. Kelly represents businesses and individuals in litigation, mediation and arbitration of matters involving contract disputes, business torts, commercial litigation, successor liability, sophisticated collections cases, construction litigation, labor and employment, medical review committee issues, medical malpractice, intellectual property, bankruptcy, personal injury, guardianships, domestic, complex Orphans' Court matters, landlord/tenant (business and residential), and misdemeanor criminal defense.
