Teresa Jenkins has more than 30 years of distinguished accomplishments with the Federal Government. She served as Deputy Associate Director for Management Services and Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the agency responsible for helping the President manage the 1.8 million civilian employees in the Federal workforce. She has extensive HRM experience with numerous agencies within the Defense Department to include the Army, Navy, National Guard, and the Department’s overseas school system. Ms. Jenkins’ experience in HRM policy leadership, advice, and assistance, helped build successful, high performance organizations. Her leadership experience and skills enabled her to develop a vision and roadmap to strategically transform organizational cultures to achieve mission objectives.
