Teresa Reinking is a member of the Corporate, Land Use Development and Financing, and Franchise Law Practice Groups in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Teresa's primary focus is corporate matters and business transactions.
Corporate Matters. Teresa represents clients in connection with the structuring and formation of business entities, shareholders, and buy/sell agreements between principals of the business, incentive plans, and agreements for key employees, employment agreements, restructurings, and reorganizations.
Business Transactions. Teresa represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase, sale, merger, and other varieties of acquisition of operating businesses and business assets. She represents businesses in connection with agreements with vendors and customers, including non-competition, confidentiality, supply, distribution, and service agreements. Teresa represents individuals and entities in connection with private and public offering of interests in entities, securities issues and filings, and on-going entity operations.
Commercial Finance. Teresa represents clients in connection with asset based lending, cash flow financing, capital restructure, mezzanine financing and permanent loans.
