Experience:
Teresa Beaudet has a general business litigation practice that emphasizes significant experience in both federal and state court disputes involving employment issues, unfair business practices, and real estate issues.
Teresa’s business litigation practice also extends to environmental issues. Her environmental litigation experience includes disputes relating to both the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (CEQA/NEPA), as well as the Clean Air Act.
As part of her practice, Teresa routinely represents clients in trials (including class actions and multi-district litigation), in the appellate courts, and in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
