Terry Yeh joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2004 with extensive experience in corporate finance, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt capital markets, having advised on transactions in excess of US$1.6 billion in deal value.
Prior to KPMG Corporate Finance, Terry was a Vice President at Takenaka Partners, a boutique investment banking firm focusing on cross-border M&A transactions and strategic consultancy projects for a number of blue chip Asian clients including NEC, Hitachi, and Hanwha Chemical. Terry started his investment banking career with Bear, Stearns & Co. in its Investment Banking department, and during his tenure there, spearheaded and supported a variety of corporate finance, M&A, and capital market transactions for clients in the industrial products, technology, telecommunications and health care industries.
Prior to his investment banking career, Terry had seven years of project management and operational experience with TRW Inc. (now Northrop Grumman), a Fortune 500 industrial technology conglomerate. His responsibilities included business development, project integration, as well as testing and systems engineering for the aerospace & defense business unit.
Terry Yeh holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from The Anderson School at UCLA in Los Angeles, California, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California. |
