Terry Quinn is a senior partner with Gunderson, Palmer, Goodsell & Nelson, LLP. He has over 36 years of trial experience, and has authored many articles on trial practice as well as co-authored "Anatomy For Attorneys", reprinted as "Medical Evidence" by James Publishing. Terry practices complex civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, environmental and business litigation. He lectures extensively throughout the United States and Canada on various trial-related subjects. Terry is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of South Dakota.Terry is a past recipient of the prestigious South Dakota Trial Lawyer of the Year Award, Past President of the State Bar of South Dakota, Past President of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers' Association, and presently serves on the Board of Governors for the South Dakota Trial Lawyers' Association, as well as the American Association for Justice. He served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the National College of Advocacy and previously served as a Trustee for the National College of Advocacy. Terry was recognized in "The Best Lawyers in America 2007" for personal injury law and was recently chosen as one of "The Top 25 Trial Attorneys in the Country." He has served on the faculty for the National College of Advocacy "Ultimate Course in Trial Advocacy", at Harvard University School of Law, Hastings School of Law, the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Arizona State University School of Law, as well as other major university law schools.
