Mr. Goodwin has been involved in the information management field since 1986, and in the content management space since 1990, serving in various technical and executive roles. Mr. Goodwin has extensive experience in all aspects of software development including system design and architecture, large-scale system integration, programming, project management, client services, technical support, hardware and software maintenance, training and documentation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. Terry holds the following industry-specific certifications: Certified Image and Document Architect (CDIA); Certified IBM Content Manager Solutions Expert. |
