Terry Clark concentrates his practice on commercial real estate leasing, representing developers and lenders. He has represented institutional investors, real estate investment trusts, and major local and national real estate and management companies in office, retail, and industrial lease transactions. Mr. Clark has represented lenders and borrowers in conduit and securitized loan transactions. He has also represented real estate investment trusts and asset managers in the acquisition of income producing properties. Mr. Clark has represented banks and institutional lenders in making construction and term loans. He has also represented developers of residential subdivisions, retail shopping centers, and office developments.
