Tera is a corporate paralegal at Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. She has 15 years of previous experience with other area law firms. She is responsible for all aspects of corporate formation, organization of limited liability companies and limited partnerships, and the preparation of a variety of corporate documents and other supporting materials. In addition, Tera performs on-line research, maintains corporate and limited liability company records for several entities, and acts as a liaison with the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office and other government agencies.
After attending Cuyahoga Community College for Paralegal Studies, Tera received her B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. She is a Notary Public and member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
The North Olmsted, Ohio native is active in her community and volunteers for the Jackson Girls Basketball Association. Tera and her husband, Todd, reside in Jackson Township with their children Angie, Lauren, Anabella, and Justin. |
