Teka Pope is a Case Manager in the firm’s Client Technology Services department in Minneapolis. As a professional services representative, her responsibilities include consulting with legal teams on solutions for automating and managing the discovery process, as well as providing project management for these projects, including overseeing the use of internal and external resources. Currently, Teka supports both the Business Litigation and Intellectual Property groups on numerous projects. Since joining Faegre & Benson in 2001, Teka has contributed to a number of matters, including courtroom support for two out-of-state trials. She has also managed multiple large scale matters, each spanning several years. Most recently, Teka managed the implementation of a new software application to automate workflows and increase efficiency for a legal team managing software copyright enforcement. Within Client Technology Services, she assists in developing best practices for case management as well as evaluating processes and technologies to support client objectives. Teka graduated from Bethel University, with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. She is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Managers and currently serves on the Board as Secretary. |
