Ted has over 10 years experience in corporate development, private equity investing and investment banking, all focused on the digital media and traditional media sectors. Most recently, Ted spent two years as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at JumpTV where he oversaw the raise of over $160 million of equity capital and three acquisitions with total consideration of over $75 million. Prior to JumpTV, Ted spent one year as Finance Director of Corus Entertainment in Toronto, 2 years in M&A advisory and private equity investing at Veronis, Suhler & Associates in New York, andfive years at BT Alex Brown in investment banking and equity research in New York, Sydney and London. Ted earned his MBA at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and his BA in Economics from Princeton University. |
