Ted brings 17 years of investment and legal experience to Key Venture Partners with a focus on communications, data services and information technology businesses. In addition to Optasite, Ted currently serves as a board member of airBand, airwide solutions, Impress Software, Kasenna, OpSource, and XyEnterprise. Ted joined Key Venture Partners in 2003. Previously, Ted was a Managing Director at Nautic Partners and Fleet Equity Partners, where he was responsible for leading the funds' investment efforts in the communications and IT industries. Ted was the lead or an early investor in a number of companies, which generated significant returns for its investors, including Exodus Communications, Dobson Communications, FairPoint Communications, and Verio. Prior to this, Ted was an attorney with Edwards & Angell, where he represented several venture capital and private equity firms. Ted holds a B.A . from Colby College and a J.D. from American University. |
