Ted Heim assumed the role of CIO of Aleut Global Solutions, LLC (AGS) in April 2007. As CIO, Mr. Heim oversees daily operations and strategic planning in the development, implementation, maintenance, security, and back-up of enterprise-wide information technology solutions for AGS. Prior to holding this position, Mr. Heim was appointed as President/COO of Aleut Communications Services, LLC (ACS). As President/COO, Mr. Heim served as ACS’ overall executive management authority. He was responsible for company profit and loss, marketing, and business development activities. Mr. Heim was also responsible for operationally managing various Federal Government contracts located throughout the United States. Prior to his employment with the Aleut Family of Companies, Mr. Heim was a Marketing and Business Analyst Consultant working with various clients in the Colorado Springs/Denver markets. Mr. Heim was also a Director of Client Services for Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing (formerly Saligent, Inc.). In this capacity, Mr. Heim oversaw and managed Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing programs for various clients located throughout the United States. |
