Ted Grabowski brings over 10 years of executive legal experience to the NuTech Solutions team. Ted’s experience ranges from corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings, to intellectual property law and litigation.
As Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Mindscape, Inc., Ted helped the company grow into a $100 million software company. Ted participated in Mindscape’s pioneering application of artificial intelligence and adaptive learning principles to educational and entertainment software. Later, as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs for the digital rights management company Sunhawk.com, Ted helped the company prepare for its initial public offering; and as Vice President of Business Affairs for the Internet radio company OnRadio, Ted assisted OnRadio with its legal matters and business development initiatives. During the past 10 years, Ted’s business development successes include the formation of strategic alliances with content, technology, and distribution partners.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology and Philosophy from California State University, Northridge; and a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Marymount University at Los Angeles. |
