Ted Fleshman co-founded CCS in 1981 with wife Priscilla Fleshman. Prior to opening their own business, Mr. Fleshman worked with the United States Army Research, Development and Acquisition Information Systems Activity (RDAISA). He continued with his career in RDAISA, providing Information Technology support to the U.S. Army for 32 years. In March of 1999, Mr. Fleshman retired from RDAISA and rejoined CCS as CEO.
Currently Mr. Fleshman is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. During his career with RDAISA, Mr. Fleshman held many leadership roles including Technical Director, Chief of Systems Development, Chief of Systems Engineering, Operations Research Analyst and Programmer. He also fulfilled the requirements for the highest level of professional certification in the Army Acquisition Corps and received many awards for excellence during his career. Mr. Fleshman graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
He is very active in the community; serving as member and past president of the Christiansburg Lions Club and member of the Christiansburg Rotary Club. |
