Ted Finkelstein has been Vice President and General Counsel of Gilman Ciocia since February 2007. He was Associate General Counsel of the company from October 2004 to February 2007. He was Vice President and General Counsel of the company from June 2001 to October 2004.
Mr. Finkelstein has a B.S. in Accounting. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Union University, Albany Law School and also has a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University Law School. Mr. Finkelstein has over 25 years of varied legal experience including acting as outside counsel for Prime Capital Services, a subsidiary of Gilman Ciocia, for over 15 years.
