Ted Collins has been a director since May 2001. From 1988 to July 2000 he was a co-founder and president of Collins & Ware Inc. (an independent oil and natural gas exploration company which was sold in July 2000). Since that time he has engaged in private oil and natural gas investments. Mr. Collins is a past President of the Permian Basin Petroleum Association the Permian Basin Landmen's Association Midland Petroleum Club and serves as Chairman of the Midland Wildcat Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering. Mr. Collins serves on the Board of Directors of Hanover Compressor Company and Energy Transfer Partners L.L.C. the general partner of the general partner of Energy Transfer Partners L.P. Mr. Collins is also an active board member on the Midland Metropolitan YMCA and the University of Texas Development Board. |
