Mr. Russell is the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President. He invented and patented the HeartSTAT technology and has been marshaling its development since inception He has substantial experience as CEO and in board governance for public and private computer and medical device companies, including one he took public. His intellectual property includes the proprietary patient sensing systems and several patents pending regarding the HeartSTAT technology. Chronologically going earlier, Mr. Russell was CEO of Rmw-Corlogix, Inc.; CEO of Cortronic Medical Corp; CEO of Medtek Corp. (acquired by Quest Medical Inc.), Director of Corporate Development at National Medical Care Inc; VP Venture Capital at Smith Barney Harris Upham, Inc, Senior Management Consultant for Booz, Allen Hamilton and General Electric; CEO of a large Memorex Corp computer products marketing affiliate (public; minority-owned); and financial controller of two manufacturing divisions at Eastman Kodak Company. He received a BSE from Michigan and MBA from Columbia University. |
