Ted holds a BBA in Finance from James Madison University, and an MBA in International Business and an MS in Finance both from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Ted joined Stewart Wealth Management in June of 2006. His investment consulting career began at William M. Mercer Investment Consulting as a Senior Portfolio Analyst, evaluating large institutional pools of money (e.g. endowments, foundations, pension plans, 401k, etc.). Ted then became the Director of Research for the Investment Consulting Group at J.C. Bradford & Co. Thereafter, he led the investment manager research and evaluation efforts for Legg Mason’s Consulting Group. Most recently, Ted was a Director of Sales and Marketing for Golden Capital Management. Ted, his wife, Tammy, and their two boys, Kyle and Nathan, live in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Ted and his wife are active volunteers at their church, Harrisonburg Children’s Museum and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. |
